The map was good but the general picture where in Rome is this part of the map was missing. If I may recommend put the larger map of Rome too and then the specific part in which the hotel is located. ... The food in the restaurant was not great, but it is something very common in most hotels in the world. There could be more fruits at breackfast. ... It's location is quite convenient actually. ... As a nice, clean, quiet and very good value for money hotel. I will definitely reccomend it to all my friends visiting Rome as well as I will stay again when going to Rome.

my request was accomodations for 5 people. i recieved accomodations for 4 people. the front desk help tried in vain to answer all of our questions but did not speak or understand english well. they however, helped us in many ways. breakfast was very good. my room with its huge balcony was compensation for the room crowdedness. i thought the location was excellent. never had a problem getting a taxi from your front desk. excellent service and i will reccommend ... rooms too small. beds to small. a king bed is not 2 twins pushed together. but very clean. ... hours of operation for food and bar service should be extended longer ... positive- walk to spanish steps in less than 1/2 hour, not 20 minutes.quiet neighborhood setting, ... i would describe this location to a friend by saying it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to all major tourists destinations. a 6 euro ride in a taxi will take you to the vatican, via veneto, dinner in or out of the city.

The room and hotel are both beautiful but the location for us was a little too far from most of the places we wanted to or thought we could walk to. We spent several hundred euros on taxi's. The breakfast was nice and the roof top bar was fantastic. Overall we had good time. ... Just the location

The concierge was wonderful, we called the hotel enroute and he guided us to the location of the property. ... The accomodations were spacious, plenty of room for us and our two children. Very clean and well kept. ... Excellent, great location for us, just far out enought to be walking distance to the center of Rome and still have the tranquility and warmth of a neighborhood.
Our great experience is due not only to the hotel itself, but also as a result of the great service provided by the concierge(and other staff. He was very informative, welcoming and truly customer service focused.
We would definitely stay there again!

Pleasant hotel, however unfortunately much traffic noise ... Hotel: pleasant, nicely decorated; breakfast: rather minimal; location: busy road, traffic noise, rather far away from places of interest; staff: not unfriendly, but not very forthcoming ... See above

The breakfast was exceptionally good, better than the usual Continental.
There is a small supermarket behind the Hotel, which proved very useful for purchasing bottled water
The Hotel is more than a two minute walk from Lepanto Metro station. It takes appprox. 10/15 minutes walking distance. ... The Hotel is situated off a main road. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and good-humoured.
Our room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.
We stayed for four nights and had no complaints at all. We would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and nice rooms but the hotel is a little far away from the turistic sites. ... Nice and clean place a little far away from Rome main attractions.

The room was not quiet eneough due to the coninuouw traffic on Lungotevere delle Armi. I am sure that double windowpanes would lessen a lot the traffic noise.

You did not publish directions to the property online ... A nice hotel with efficient and courteous staff. Breakfast disappointing compared with the quality of the rest of the hotel. Sometimes there were no eggs, sometimes no bread rolls. I would definitely go there again despite the breakfast.
