| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Garage is not included in the price and costs from EUR 25,00 daily. Baby cots for children up to 2 years old are included in the price. Pick-up service is not included in the price and costs about EUR 50,00 per car (max. 4 persons). The price may vary. Small pets are allowed free of charge. Internet access is not included in the price and costs EUR 3,00 for an hour, EUR 5,00 for 4 hours and EUR 10,00 for 24 hours.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the amount of the first night of stay will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
