  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 1pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No sorry, Domus Urbana is a self catering apartment. There is no breakfast service; you have the usage of the kitchen which is fully equipped to cook.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill must be settled on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    In the building there are four floors.
    Domus Urbana is located on the second floor and there is no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are two bedrooms and they are very quiet rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    You do not need to bring your own linen and towels because we provide them for you.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Domus Urbana is a non smoking apartment.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a television without international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a dining room where you could sometimes all dine together.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, there is no Internet point in the property but there is an International Call Centre with internet service just in front of Domus Urbana.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a payment garage available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In the vicinity.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Fiumicino airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Termini stop.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Stazione Termini.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Cavour stop (subway B)(50 meters).

    No, there is not.

    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is a kitchen. You will find many restaurants in the vicinity.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, but there is an Internet point in the vicinity.
