• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.
  Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are stricly non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our room are equipped with television (no satellite channels).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a computer reserved to our guests right next to the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is avaible for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car inside the garage or in one of the major can rental companies at the airport and in the city centre. We have special agreements with some of the major car rental companies, like Avis for example.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino and Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have an special agreement with a taxi company that charges 40 euros (flat fare) to get you to Fiumicino airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  All the buses that stops at Terminis Station that is only 100 meters away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Central Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Both A and B lines are only 100 meters away. The stop is Termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunatly we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant is right next door.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, unfortunatly we can not offer you this service for now.
