WE were welcomed warmly. Natasha the receptionist was friendly and helpfu;. spoke and understood English.

Wish they have brochures re tours available, key information, e.g. schedule of services at Churches, etc.

Have some basic items available, e.g. wine opener, water jug heater (for late night cravings for coffee or tea). We asked close to 12 midnight for tea and were told, its too late.... We werent given any unfortunately.

Domus Pinciana is one of Rome's undiscovered gems. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. We would be happy to stay there anytime.

We had an overall very enjoyable stay at
Domus Pinciana & can only recommend it.
Also only a short & pleaseant walk to the metro, spanish steps etc.

Natasha was very helpful and spoke better English than my Italian. She explained all the details without taking too much of our time. Our 11 am check-in was not a problem.

Natasha was helpful with hailing taxis and making dinner reservations (our personal concierge). The computer was available for our use as well with no fee. We loved the free bottled waters. A wonderful perk during the hot summer. The rooms were larger than expected with very tall ceilings. The rooms were extremely clean with comfortable beds and they even had the unexpected bathroom amenities for a place with only three rooms. The air conditioning was remote controlled and able to exceed my husband's expectations. The b&b was located on a quiet street right next to the wall but very central.

We payed upon arrival so checkout was just returning the keys. They were willing to store our bags until our transfer to the airport arrived.

we took the shuttle service offered and were totally satisfied with the service. On our arrival, we were welcomed with smiles and, even if it was a little late, we had breakfast served.

The staff was very helpful with reservations for dinner and really good suggestions of restaurants and trattorias in Rome. Our room was always clean every day and the staff really warm with us.

The room was very clean and designed very pretty. The most pleasing thing was that an air-conditioning functioned very well and it gave us comfortable stay during the incredibly hot period in Roma.

The easiest way to get to the center of Roma is taking buses which depart from the stop on 'Via Po'. The bus stop is just 2munites' walk from the hotel.

I would recommend domus pinciana for couples it was very cosy and exactly like the web site, just a little bit of a walk to the main sites and restaurants but considering the cost and value for money its worth it

We arrange for taxi collection which was excellent no hassle with directions or buses just sit back and enjoy yhte view and the air conditioning!!!

Payment was expected on arrival and the lady taking the payment charged me the full amount even though i had paid a deposit. She didn't have great english & i have no italian so it was difficult to explain but luckly i had brought a copy of the bank tranfer and confirmation of reciept email and that rectified the matter very quickly.

It is a little out of the way for sightseeing but we were going to a wedding in St Patricks church which was just around the corner. I would mention on the website it's proximity to the church. The taxi rank near by would be well worth mentioning also.

Definitely! As i already said we were going to a wedding there were quite a few other guests staying in other hotels around the city paying more than we did and their rooms weren't as spacious as ours, some didn't have air con. Our air con was state of the art and could be adjusted to suit ourselves. It was a very pleasent stay well done to all involved

We really enjoyed our stay, however I think we had the best room (room no. 1) as some rooms are smaller. The location was really quiet at night, no traffic noise even though our room was at the front. Would highly recommend this property for location & value.

We had to walk from the railway station, it was quite a walk in the heat. The map was a little confusing, Domus Pinciana was further up the street than it appeared.

The staff changed everyday and only one of them on only one day spoke any English at all which made it difficult when we were looking for a laundromat. Although we made ourselves understood we were given incorrect information. We therefore felt it wasn't the language difficulty it was also lack of local knowledge.

Breakfast was light on and we had to go and ask for it although we had set a time with them. I felt it was a bit expensive for the location, maybe 20 euros less would be more appropriate.

A nice very clean room, small, no view. Very comfortable. Main problem, staff from all over Europe and don't speak English or know the area so no local information or passion about their city. A little far out of town, a little overpriced but a nice place. Very quiet. In 4 weeks in Europe - worst breakfast.

The only problem we had was were quoted Euro 50 to the airport but were charged Euro 70 upon arrival at the airport. They picked us up incoming at Citaveccia and the price was as quoted.

We used the pick up-service, so a driver greeted us at the airport and drove us directly to the hotel - very convinient, although it probably cost more than to use the bus and a taxi.

The staff were nice and helpful - but the language barrier hindered any additional conversation. They were very nice and provided us breakfast even after the stated breakfast times. The owners had a very nice dog, whom we instantly fell in love with.

Domus Pinciana was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable that we did not want to get up in the morning. The most comfort that I have ever felt. The bathroom was very spacious and sparkling clean. The employees were very warm and friendly and spoke enough English to make things a lot easier. Though the bed and breakfast was not in the city center and made for lots of walking, the bus stop was close by. I would highly recommend Domus Pinciana to anyone. A beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Very professional with our email correspondence, prompt and polite. Reservation proceedure was easy and like clockwork. It was a pleasure.
