• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. It is a continental breakfast with all sort of delicious food like yoghurt, bread, cereals, butter and jam, fruit juices and hot tea.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can only be paid on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French a little Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Domus Pinciana B&B is all on one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with TV (no satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning included in the room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a pay-to-park garage available near our B&B. Please ask the reception desk for fees and opening hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental agency near Porta Pia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we arrange a pickup service from and to the airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest stop is Barberini though there are no subway stops located at a walking distance from our B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
