• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am until 1pm, Check Out before midday. After 1pm there is an extra charge to be paid. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We kindly ask guests to settle the bill only cash upon arrival as there isn't a porter night and day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Domus Livia is on the 5th floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are equipped with sound proof windows and doors. They are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a flat screen satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, rooms are provided with air conditioning with no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  It is possible to have Internet access in each room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a pay-to-park garage in Via Modena at 50 meters from the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station or at the Airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange a pickup service from and to the airports on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 50 meters, "Via Nazionale" stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Repubblica" (red line - around 100 meters from Domus Livia).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many of any kind nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
