| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Wi-Fi internet connection is included in the price. Arrival time must be communicated in advance. Late arrivals will incur extra charge (see check-in/check-out section).

| Cancellation Policy | |
-From reservation to 3 days before check in: no penalty. -From 3 days till the check in: 1 night penalty. -No show : 1 night penalty. -Specify your arrival time when you reserve (check in 8 a.m. to 11 p.m) -Reservations for longer stays than 3 nights or for more rooms, the hotel reserves the right to request a confirmatory deposit at least 15 days before the expected arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the rooms are available from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. Arrivals between 11 p.m. and 12.30 a.m. are subject to an extra charge of 15,00 to pay cash at arrival. Arrivals later than 12.30 a.m. are subject to an extra charge of 30,00 to pay cash at arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. |
