Awesome. The owners were great. The location is off the beaten track, but 20 minutes by tram and your in the heart of Rome. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and well priced.

My host arranged transportation pickup from the Fiumicino airport, which turned out to be less expensive than public transportation and very convenient.

I truly enjoyed the accommodation, the cleanliness, and the location. I particularly liked my host who is a wonderful gentleman and very helpful and welcoming.

Checkout was a breeze. Again, my host arranged to take me and the family from the apt. to the airport with minimal expense.

Positive: There are many shops, banks (including ATMs), resturants (good food with reasonable prices) in the neighberhood. Everything a travler needs.

Wonderful. I would highly, highly recommend it. I alreay have recommended it! The apt. is located at a quite suburban Rome with easy access to the central Rome.

Mauro and Rosa were most helpful and
provided maps , directions, helpful hints
and advice. The location of the apartment
was ideal and close to very good shopping.
The transport into Rome was close by and
frequent.

The apartment was very clean and enjoyable.
There were plenty of kitchen utensils and we
were able to cook meals whenever we wanted.
The area itself is not a tourist precinct,
which we saw as an advantage. The locals
were helpful, especially the Butcher.

Checking out was very smooth and there were
no unwanted surprises. Mauro and Rosa (our
hosts) were wonderful. I would have no
hesitation in recommending the apartment and
I would definitely stay there again.

of the building and of the apartment.The
area is very quiet at night, which gives
every chance to recharge the batteries after
a busy day.The shopping for supplies is very
handy and at local prices (not tourist
prices).

and departure dropoff which takes all the
hassle out of finding transport. A 'must

The owners were there to welcome us and were very helpful in ensuring we were well installed before leaving us in the appartment (even driving us to a food store in their car because on Sunday the nearest shops were closed).

It's the ideal place to stay in Rome, even with kids: a lively Roman neighborhood (including a playground next door)where you rarely meet other tourists but well connected to the down town area with all the places of interest for tourists.

Go for it. You'll enjoy your stay there. Specially for 4 to 5 persons, the price becomes indeed reasonable.

We lived in a normal apartment house together with athor italian people, not like tourist. That was good, because we feel like home.
