• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartment is self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 7 floors and there is an elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. Cell phone is available on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The apartment is fully air conditioned and there only charge for this is electricity consumption at Euro 0,5 x Kw/h.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a kitchenette dining area and a wide living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car parking is free outside the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In a rent-a-car not far from apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino Airport (about 20 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is ATAC number 5 or 14 Tram stop far 50 mt. from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini rail station is at 15 minutes by car and 20-25 minutes by tram.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground is Line A in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but on request is possible to taste home cooked meals.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
