  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price and it's continental breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you must settle the bill on your arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, little Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 6 floors. The B&B is in the 4th and there's an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Our rooms are coat with precious fabrics and color-matched drapery. They are very private,romantic and quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided every day.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they haven't.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they haven't.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms are no smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, we have a TV with international channels (satellite).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, it is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There's air conditioning in every rooms. This is included in the price and you can use in every time.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there isn't but just next the building's door you can find a very good italian restaurant.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Internet is free and it's WiFi.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there isn't.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We suggest you the following paying parking:
    - Parking Ludovisi in Via Ludovisi, close to Via Veneto;
    - Parking Villa Borghese entry from Viale del Muro Torto.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in our reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Both the airport have the same distance from us.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we have.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Spanish steps.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Central station Termini.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is Spagna (line A) and we are very close to the stop (just few metres).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, it is.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, we can accept pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
