• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11pm, Check Out before Midday (from 10am).
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and a bit of German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is set on the first floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but it's not a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  No, but there is an Internet point close by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental close to us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, upon request by extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 100 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini for national lines, S.Pietro for local trains.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is "Ottaviano S.Pietro" (line A).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
