The streets are a little tough to navigate and since Via di Capo Le Case is not a main thorofare the cab driver was a little unsure of where Domina was located. It might be a good idea to reference the cross street - Via dei Macelli off of Via del Tritone.

Domina is located in the the heart of Rome. One day you can visit the Sistine Chapel and the next day you can go to the Colusseum within the same walking distance (approx 15 min). It was the perfect location and the room was just as perfect - comfortable, clean, large, etc.

We checked out quite early in the morning and since the room didn't have an alarm clock Senevi gave us a wake up call, had coffee ready for us before departing and had a cab outside waiting for us to head out to the airport.

A great find - a home away from home! We truly enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment with everything we needed at our fingertips. We would recommend Domina to a friend and we would definitely stay again when returning to Rome.

We were met by a very courtious driver provided by the hotel. On our arrival at the hotel again we were met with courtesy and during our stay. We would definately stay again.

When we arrived we found that the accomadation was smaller than we had expected it to be. The Domina House describes the accomadation as Suites. In Ireland a suite comprises of more than one room ( apart from the bathroom). As we were traveling with our almost adult sons we had not imagined sharing a bedroom with them. However, the person who met us facilitated us by providing a second suite immediately.

The owner of Domina facilitated us by finding alternative accomadation for us as other members of our family were due to take the other suites two days after our arrival and we passed on our accomadation at Domina to them as the rooms were too small for the rest of the party.

We were in Rome as a large family group to attend a family wedding. We chose Domina because of the 'Suite' feature. We found that they were too small for our needs. However, the owner was very understanding of the difficulty and allowed us to change our arrangements with no problems. She contacted a similar property in the area and arranged for us to be accomadated there at the same rate as at Domina.
In addition, when we had difficulty getting a taxi for the bride on her way to the wedding ( due to a sudden thunder storm), she arranged for a member of her family to drive the bride to the church and refused to accept payment for the service.

A bijou property, ideal for exploring the heart of Rome with a friendly welcome and a very personal service- we would use it again.

A nice one roomed arpartment (plus shower and toilet room) with basic facilities for cooking including a fridge and a private safe.
Situated on a quiet second floor in a typical traditional Italian building with other private arpartments in the centre of Rome close to all sites and facilities.

It was a nice present to my Parents, And as they came back, we were told that they have a nice stay at Domina Town House, the staff were polite and helpful, room clean, hotel near everything. So a place to came back.

I did not bring the directions that were provided online, but when I called, very clear directions were given.

The room was spacious. There was room to sit down and have breakfast in a separate area.

I felt it was a very good value. The bathroom was very clean and a good size which I did not find when looking for hotels in the same area. It was a great location.

We like to sleep late in the morning and breakfast was delivered when we woke up, not at some insanely early time.
There is an absolutely delicious gelato place half a block to the left.
I would have liked TV in English.
The website made the room look a little more modern, but I loved it anyway.

Good value. We stayed two nights for the price of one smaller hotel room.
Great location. Near the Spanish Steps, walking distance to Piazza del Poppolo.
The receptionist was very nice, friendly, accommodating to our schedule, helpful with directions.
There are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

Although directions are provided to nearest 2 metro stations, wouldn't be too difficult to put down directions from station to accommodation. A small description of ticket types needed on Rome metro would poss have been useful. An idea of costs / times to location by taxis / bus / metro etc would help travellers decide on mode of transport.

We were collected at airport and had a great taxi journey to Domina with the driver pointing out the sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. If we had any negative points it would be that the fabric on the sofa and the chairs could be updated. On the whole, we loved our stay and had a super time at Domina.

The man in our reception area made the experience much more fun and enjoyable. He always greeted us as friends, asked if he could help and gave us valuable information about the city. It was like being an 'insider'. I don't know if he is always there, but a definite bonus compared to the website description.

Our driver arrvied on time, the man in the reception area helped escort us out and bid us farewell with the hopes that we would return. We certainly would return to Domina House.

It was like having your own apartment in the trendy part of Rome-very safe, secure and we had a man available to us almost 24 hours a day;our personal concierge. It gave us a jump start to becoming part of the fabric of Rome instead of just a tourist.

Was our first stop on our honeymoon and it made for a very memorable stay.
The owner of the townhouse, Laura, is extremely helpful and friendly. We missed our flight to Rome on the first day but the hotel made sure we still got picked up at the airport and were very helpful turning a bad start into a great trip.

Great place to stay. Extremely good bargain that is a one minute walk from the Spanish Steps.
If you don't need all the amenities of a big hotel, this is a great find. The room we had was very unique and the photos of the rooms are exactly as the rooms appeared. The bathroom was very nice.
The owner also recommended to excellent restaurants to eat at.

We arrived earlier than expected and had no problem leaving our luggage while we began our tour of Rome. Our host was extremely accomodiating and helpful.

There could have been a bigger sign on the front door, stating then name Domina Town House. It could have been a bit difficult finding the right door, but the driver who picked us up at the airport helped us.

The only confusion was how to pay the driver for the taxi we ordered. I thought that Domina would pay and it would be added to our bill. The Driver wanted me to pay him directly and was rather snarly about waiting while we sorted it out.

The directory next to the door at #18 doesn't clearly say 'Domina Town House' - perhaps the website should be more clear that Domina takes up the second floor of a multi-use building.

We used the airport collection service arranged by the hotel so did not need to find our way there. The driver was on time & courteous and we were very pleased with the service. The man who tended the apartment was fabulous - very helpful.

We loved the apartment, and it was decorated well and kept clean. However the walls were very thin so it was a bit noisy at times as there are 2 apartments there and the reception.

The rooms were very nice and in a good location. The only problem with the accommodations were that no one told us the hotel was on the third floor (quite a hike with luggage). The elevator was inadequate for the amount of luggage we had and WE wound up carrying all of it up to our rooms. I did use the elevator when we checked out, but only one piece of luggage fit in the elevator with me.

We had trouble with not enough hot water for showers and the shower backing up. But, both were fixed during our stay.

Domina Town House has very clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff and owner. Central location to all major sites. However, it is located on two very busy streets--expect it to be noisy. We liked the small kitchenette and cooked several dinners while we were there. The personal drivers who picked us up and returned us to the airport were well worth it.

While the property was kept clean through out our stay we did feel that the room itself could do with a refurb. The pictures on the website and in their brochure were fantastic but in reality the room itself was a bit worse for wear so to speak. It could be a fantastic room with a quick paint, some new curtains/bedspread, new covers on the chairs & sofa. Like I said though the man taking care of reception and the rooms kept the place very tidy. He was very helpful indeed.

You might want to make clear to people that it is quite a compact townhouse, ie. the reception area is literally outside your door which can be a bit of a shock and a turn off.

We had a great time , but we has excepted the accomodation to be much larger. The conceirge was brillaint , he looked after us well and gave us valuable tips such as the best place to eat. ( the restuarant Romino)

We had called 2 weeks before arriving to say that we would be 3 people, instead of 2. That information was not passed on to the person that welcomed us. A larger suite could have been suggested at the time of the phonecall, as one was available during our stay.

As our room was situated right next to reception, there was often quite a lot of noise of people coming in and out, especially in the morning. Although the bed was made every day, the room was fairly dirty even when we arrived ie dust on all surfaces, floor needed cleaning

Superbly convenient for anywhere in Rome, everything is within walking distance. Not somewhere to stay if you intend to spend any time at all in your room, but fine as a base and place to sleep for the night
