  Yes there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have a no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a TV (not satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms with telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes every room has air conditioned. No extra charge is provided for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, Internet point available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, sorry.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the Town House, but there are some very near.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception will provide you a rented car on request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have our personal driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Due Macelli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
