Excellent location,Alexandra and Aieta were tops along with their male counterpart...all gave excellent service ,directions,tips..arranged for diner reservations,airport shuttle and breakfast in the room.

Checking out was efficient.

Before I made the reservations, I contacted the hotel to ensure that we would have a room that did not require many steps vecause of my wife's difficulty with stairs. We were assured that the hotel had a lift which is true.
They did not reveal that the lift stopped in between floors and each time required us to walk up or down 8 steps for each use of the lift.
This aspect made our stay unpleasant and could have been avoided.

When we buzzed to get in, it was not stated where the lift was. My friend and I struggled to climb the stairs until the man in the hotel Firenze below, kindly came to our assistance and carried our suitcases up the stairs for us.

Really need to provide better towels. Breakfast was fine but too sweet for us - would have been nice if plain bread/ rolls had been on offer as well as sugary buns

The girls on reception were fantastic and were really helpful - very near to many tourist sites - clean

la colazione, presentata nel sito web come povera, è invece una buona colazione all' italiana( prodotti da forno freschi, succhi di frutta, yogurth e ottimo caffè espresso!

l'hotel è molto centrale giri tutta Roma a piedi! é in fase di ristrutturazione diventerà ancora più accogliente!!

the location is very useful for sightseeing
and shopping. the room was cleaned so much. but towels wewe very very thin,
so its weren't comfortable for me.
after all, considering the price, this hotel is nice.

The dubbleroom was not cleaned and the bed lamp did not light. We coplained, but we never got it changed. I have asked to get the 2 room next to each ither but we didn`t. I think the hotel was nicer on the internet picture.

The breakfast was horrible and the staff that served it even worse. She was so sour and not helpful. It was not nice in the breakfastroom.

Describe the breakfast room better, it`s so small.
And the hall is terrible and the lift is very small.

To much money for the sevice and the room.
The only positive thing is where the hotel were located.
I would not stay there again.

The stairway to the reception and then to the rooms is quite dark and somehow scary, at least to me. Nobody asks you anything when yo ring the bell downstairs.

Very noisy in the morning, I couldn´t get back to sleep past 8:00 in the morning because of the noises in the back patio and the coffee machine.
The maid serving breakfast was neither polite nor nice to me. She didn´t even tell me about the fresh bakery available for breakfast.
Mostly the whole staff where not too polite to me.

the room was clean, quiet because besides on the inner patio, the smell of the corridor was very bad (works). the people OK but the breafast & guest room small for a 3* hotel.
Good place in the heart of rome
