  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet breakfast is always included in room price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    No elevator at the moment, 5 floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Romantic, quiet and private rooms are available. We are located in an ex nuns convent converted in bed and breakfast.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    They are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Few rooms do have a balcony, not all.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in all rooms (no international channels).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    We do own 2 restaurants at 500 mt from our properties.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but you may use our Internet Point at reception desk.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Pay parking and garage available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask the reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Both airports are located at 30-45 mins by car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do (upon request, prior arrangement).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Via Cavour (100 metres).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini railway station (1 km).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Cavour stop is located at 300 mt far from our reception.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Not in the property but nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
