• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included only for rooms with private bathroom.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is due at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionist speak Italian, English, French, German and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Des Artistes has 5 floors with an elevator. Annexe rooms are located on the second floor of another building without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are tastefully decorated and suitable for a romantic getaway.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no balconies available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies available.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the entire hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, the rooms have direct dial telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available only in rooms with private bathroom. There is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have free high-speed internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rental office is at Termini station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 30 minutes by train (30 kilometres).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pick-up service for both airports at 55 euro for 2 people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The train station is at 5 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The subway is around the building (50 metres).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel does not have a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant around the corner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, our rooms have modem points.
