Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Parking is not included and costs EUR 17,00 per night. Shuttle service to the airport is not included and costs around EUR 55,00 for 2 people. Wireless Internet connection is not included and costs around EUR 1,00 for 1 hour, EUR 5,00 for 24 hours, EUR 10,00 per stay.
Breakfast is not included in the price for guests booking the "not refundable rooms" and and costs EUR 12,00. Breakfast is not included in the price for guests booking the "rooms only typology and costs EUR 12,00. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
Reservations can be cancelled or modified in writing without penalty until three(3) days prior to scheduled arrival date. One night room rate will be charged in the event of cancellation after this limit or in the case of non-arrival. Payment for your stay is required at CHECK IN. If you reserve a not refundable room type you can not cancel or modify your reservation. In case of no show, cancellation or modification the total cost of the stay will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
