  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price. We serve a buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, croissants, fresh pastries, cookies, cakes, yogurt, bread, marmalade, butter, coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit juice, corn flakes, ham and cheese.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, Spanish and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and we have 2 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are rooms on the street and rooms on the back, that are very quiet. Moreover, all rooms are sound-proof.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There are 2 non smoking double rooms on the top floor that have a private terrace with a beautiful and romantic view on the city, and the family suite has a terrace on our courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One room on the first floor have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Non smoking rooms are available on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have colour satellite TV with International channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have two direct dial telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Air-conditioned rooms with individual temperature control, included in the room rate. Air-conditioning and heating are seasonal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have an Internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do not have a parking; we collaborate with a payment garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest place is Termini train station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Both airports are at the same distance: Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we have a pickup service from and to the airport available on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    In fron of the hotel entrance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Both Temini station and Trastevere station are at the same distance.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is the one at the Termini Station, ten minutes far from the hotel by bus.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, we do not accept pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We do not have a restaurant; our staff will be glad to recommend our guests some good restaurants near our hotel.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
