• At what time can we check-in and out?
  You may check in at any time. For arrivals later than 4pm, we must have all of your arrival information, including flight and or train numbers and schedules. Rooms will be ready by 1pm. If you arrive earlier than this, and would like to leave your bags at the reception, there's no problem. If it is possible for us to have your room earlier than 1pm, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee this. Check out is 10:30am. However, if you have a late departure, you may store your bags at the reception. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We have a generous buffet with fresh pastries from a local bakery, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and marmalade. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha), hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Temperature controlled heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  At our Daphne Veneto location, we have rooms on the ground, third and fourth floors. There is a lift. At our Daphne Trevi location, the rooms are on the second floor, and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occassion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels). We also provide shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our faclities are entirely no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We do not provide TV, but do offer free high-speed internet access.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All of our guest rooms are provided with free use of a cell phone. Guests pay only for calls made. You may use this phone for 800 numbers as well. The cell phones have our numbers programmed into them so you may call us any time with any questions.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a breakfast room where all of our guests from both facilities have breakfast together. Breakfast is from 8-10.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide free high-speed access to the internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage two blocks away. The rate is around 25 Euros per day, depending on the size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices right off the the via Veneto, which is within walking distance from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Piazza Barberini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, two metro stops away, or about a 15 minute walk away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Both of our locations on Piazza Barberini are about one minute walk from the Barberini metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym around the corner from the B&B. They do allow daily visitors for a small fee. At the B&B, we offer some spa services such as therapeutic massage in your room, and manicure/pediucure, upon reservation.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a breakfast room where we serve a buffet breakfast daily.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
