• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. We serve a buffet breakfast without eggs and bacon.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but you'll receive your bill-paper at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Portoguese, French, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have just one room with a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non-smokings rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, you can see most important international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, just dial 0 to get outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are provided with air condition (free of charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible rent a car asking to the concierge of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 45 minutes by taxi (35 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes on request and is a service payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  2 km - Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Closest Metro Station is Spagna. When you get out from subway station you'll need to cross spanish square and turn on the 3rd street on your left that is via Frattina. After 200 meters on the right side you'll find Daniel's Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you need to put 0, before your connection number.
