• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not provide breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speal English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have elevator but it works only from 8 am to 8 pm.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one of our apartments has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the apartments and it is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but there is one in front of the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but there is a fitness centre with swimming pool at 100 m from us.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage in Via Sistina.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rentals nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via del Tritone(50mt).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway is Barberini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
