• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room/apartment and include tax, breakfast, city map and air condition/heating.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is include in the price and it is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but if guests prefer can settle the bill at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Receptionists speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has two floors and has one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, every room are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just few apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have airconditioning and there is not charge.

  No, but in each room you can connect with wired connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

  The hotel has a special agreement with a private parking lot.

  At reception, you may ask for it.

  The Hotel arranges private transfer on request.

  300 m from the hotel Termini train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem from the rooms.
