perfect - we used Bob's limo service for airport transfers - they were perfect too!

We were very please with the balcony and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and almonds. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was great -very clean! It was truly perfect! We are planning a return trip!

We took a taxi from the airport so the directions to the hotel were unimportant.

It was really close to the Forum and Colosseum. The rooms were small, but that's what we'd expect in Rome. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

the room was an upgrade from a standard to a deluxe!!!I was surprised with this classification. The rooms on this side of the hotel are very noisey and without earplugs I would have had very little sleep.

The hotel was very clean, spatious, and luxurious. The location was awesome and the rooftop bar had a great view of St. Peter's at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price you quoted had 1 extra bed included which normall you have to pay extra for in Roma. It was therefore a very good deal for us and we are very happy

Wonderful hotel in Rome. We´ve stayed there now 4 times. Its is very difficult to find value for money in the Rome hotel flora but Cosmopolita is all that. Very well located which is important in a short walking distance from all the major sights. The rooms and hotel are nice and of good quality and the price is reasonable

Had stayed at hotel 2 weeks previous. Staff greeted us like family on return. Even the 'crusty' desk man smiled.

Rooms beautifully decorated. Some smaller than others. Room staff most helpful and available any time for towels or room needs (Claudia). King bed was the traditional 2 twins pushed together. Shower a little small but new bath fixtures. Breakfast with varied selections for all tastes.

What a beautiful hotel.....bedspreads that I would love to have in my home, lovely marble walls in the bath, art throughout the hotel that was breathtaking....could live there!!!

I thought that my single room was very expensive for what I got. It was more of a closet than a room.

Expensive by U.S. Standards, but a great location. Hotel service is affected by local mid week holidays (laundry for example), and the layout of the hotel makes for inconveniance. Otherwise, a nice quaint hotel in a good site seeing location.

The meeting point at the airport wasn't really clear. We lost at least 30mn. We are not sure that the person who came to pick us up was really there on time. That's the only negative point. Otherwise everything was just fine.

Not a great tourist hotel. A fair distance from Metro stations, not a lot of good restaurants very close. Quiet. Many UK visitors.
