• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our rates include american buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our attentive staff is multilingual. Languages spoken are English, French, Spanish, German, Arabic.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel Cosmopolita is a 19th century Roman, 5 floor palace. There is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a small nice balcony and enjoy exclusive views of the most famous roman sites.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All guestrooms are equipped with color satellite and pay TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All guestrooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All guestrooms are equipped with air conditioning, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  An Internet point is at disposal of our guests.
  Some rooms are equipped with ADSL line.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available nearby for payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
  Rome Ciampino International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Our Staff will be pleased to arrange your transfer to/from the airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Venezia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line B, stop at Colosseum mt 500;
  Line A, stop at Spanish Steps mt 700.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  From June 2003, our guests will enjoy the fitness area with sauna on the roof garden.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Some rooms are equipped with ADSL line.
