• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast as the apartment is fully equipped for self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it depends on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. Please note that you can pay only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is set on the 4th floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and changed every 3 days. Extra change available upon request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in the living room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not but we provide our guests with a mobile phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is free of charge and seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but in the same building of the apartment there is an Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (26 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini (400 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Repubblica (red line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many good restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not but there is an Internet Point in the same building of the apartment.
