  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.

  Prices are per room.

  Yes, buffet

  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel Cortina is located on the first floor and so all its rooms. The building has a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there are several internet points nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we have an agreement with a parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini you will find car rentals , otherwise you can ask at the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  Small size animals are welcome on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
