The directions were very clear and the apartment was to easy to find. Check-in was very relaxed and we really appreciated being shown where all the appliances were.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and a lot better than we had expected. Mr Fuscito and his wife were very nice and accomodating.

Mr Franceso Fuscito was very kind and accomodating and had a shuttle arranged to transport us to the airport.

The fact that the building is without an elevator should be mentioned on the web site. We found it quite difficult carrying bags and shopping up the 8 flights of stairs.

A modern spacious appartment with all the neccessary appliances in a lovely central area that was very easy to find your way around.

The apartment was excellent value. It was very clean, location was very good and central to most major features in Rome. It was in a quiet (noise perspective) area. Great value with two bedrooms.

Great value, very good location and central to all major tourist spots in Rome. Very clean apartment with all equipment in good working order. Would happily stay here again and not really look elsewhere if we needed 2 bedrooms again as we travelled with another couple.

Property was in an excellent position for sightseeing in Rome. We walked everywhere and never needed to use a taxi or bus even with 3 children. Having to climb 4 flights of stairs was inconvenient on arrival. We had already been travelling for 6 weeks before we got to Rome so we had alot of luggage and it was very difficult to get it up to the room and down to the street at the end of our stay. Our children were aged 5,10 and 13. I would not recommend this appartment to a family with young children as the open plan stairs are quite dangerous. For us it was great and Francesco was very helpful on arrival.

We were disappointed that the clothes dryer was not working as we had alot of laundry to do when we arrived but were happy that there was a washing machine. I think if providing accomodation for families the washer and dryer are important to have. The shower needs a good bleaching as in the winter months it probably doesn't dry out properly between uses. There was alot of of mould in the grout and on the door.

The nearby taxi rank was very handy for getting a taxi to the airport. Francesco had informed us of a fair price to ask for.

Should probably mention that open plan stairs may be dangerous if young children were to stay there or provide a stair guard to stop little children climbing stairs.

Clean, comfortable and very central to all major tourist attractions. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.
