  The price is per room, per night.

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors in the building and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, and they have marvellous wooden-beam ceiling. Some with balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some have nice and confortable terrace also.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non-smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning at no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

  Close to the property.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.

  Termini, Main Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
