The room and the bathroom were tiny.

...
The location is inconvinient. The hotel was pretty far from the metro and about an hour walking distance from the downtown. The hotel is overpriced. It cost you at least 30 euros for the taxi (roundtrip to the downtown).

The hotel staff were very helpful in providing informnation, directions, etc. When they were unable to understand what we wanted, they went looking for someone who could. Very thoughtful and attentive.
Only negative was traffic noise. However, most hotels in the city likely have the same problem.

Remind customers to use only metered taxis. When we arrived at the train station, we had someone try and get us to take a cab for 40 euros, when the actual fare was around 12 euros. All the guide books mention this, but it might be something to consider for your web site. Otherwise, the web site is great.

Very clean; comfortable. Especially loved the breakfasts, and the room service. Staff is very friendly and attentive to customer. Definitely recommend to friends.

We had a little trouble understanding one elderly gentleman working the desk the night we arrived. However, the other clerks were very accommodating.

All in all, we were very pleased with this hotel. Nice people, pleasant, clean rooms and the noise from the street was well taken care of.

I'm sure you noted there was no elevator. After a long day in Rome and getting off the bus it was still an uphill climb to the hotel and then three flights of stairs as well. The location probably wasn't the most convenient but it was a very nice neighborhood.
...
Very charming room with updated bathroom. There is a restaurant right below the rooms.

We requested a queen-size bed, but the room came with 2 twin beds.
...
The air conditioning (AC) did not work in the first room we were given. When another room became available the next day (the one that we had requested with the queen-sized bed) we switched rooms and found that the AC in that room worked only slightly better than the non-working unit in our first room.
...
Most of the staff was nice, but there was a wonderful Phillipine family that worked the front desk and served breakfast that were exceptional. We couldn't have asked for nicer, kinder more helpful people! Their pleasant demeanors, willingness to provide directions and recommendations, and overall pleasant personalities made the negative aspects of our stay (the non-working air-conditioning) much more tolerable.
...
The neighborhood was covered in grafitti which caused us some concern as we arrived. However, in spite of the negative impression the grafitti presented, the neighborhood was safe and there were several good restaurants near the hotel.

The bathrooms were lovely and quite nice.
...
A little shabbier than we expected, and the AC was very problematic. Due to the poor AC, I would only recommend this hotel for stays during the spring, fall and winter.
