• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after Midday.
  Check-out: by 10 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price, we offer a buffet with continental breakfast (croissants, jam, coffee, cappuccino, orange juice...)
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or on departure, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms are at the 2nd and 3rd floor and we have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet, private and romantic rooms as they all have private bathroom, some of them have window on the courtyard and have been recently refurbished.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have no Internet point in the property but there is one at 2 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can find 3 garages at 2 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at 5 minutes by walk from the hotel at Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino-Leonardo Da Vinci Airport at 35 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is located in Piazza Indipendenza, 2 minutes by walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Station, that is 5 minutes by walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is Castro Pretorio, at 2 minutes by walk from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the Property but there are several nice restaurants near the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
