| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Front desk safety deposit box facility is included in the price. Taxi service from the airport is not included in the price and costs about EUR 50,00 per car (max. 4 persons). The price may vary. Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. One child from under 4 years is charged EUR 12,00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Starting from the 1st May 2011 breakfast will cost EUR 8,00 per person. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
