Was not expecting a cleaning charge. Do not remember seeing such charge clearly stated on the reservation form.

Pick up service is very helpful

It was adequate, but musty due to being a
basement,not a 1st floor apt as advertised.
Also, we called about an electricity outage
and doorbell not working, but never got a
return call. There was no staff during the
stay.

not check out
...
You should admit that it is a basement
