• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included and it is buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we prefer that the bill will be settled oncheck-out day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors. We have lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are really quiet and romantic, especially the junior suite (advised for honeymooners).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 1 room has the "Romeo and Juliet" balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms. You should request them!
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. The telephone is also in the bathroom.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available in all the building and rooms. It is included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have internet connections, but you should have your personal pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is one nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the hotel there is AVIS rent a car. The hotel can arrange this service for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci: Approximately 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. We can arrange it on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  81: 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station: 4 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Metro Linea A: OTTAVIANO-SAN PIETRO: 50 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have Deluxe rooms with Jacuzzi whirpool bathtube.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many reataurant nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can do that with your own login and password.
