very good ... everything was excellent, though the mattress was too hard ... very friendly, welcoming and perfectly situated; we shall definitely return.

Excellent location, excellent service. Rooms are very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was prepared in time for our early departure, and staff was very helpful with getting a cab. ... Hotel is rather hard to find on Via Condotti, and it's a bit hard getting your luggage up the stairs. But the room and service were fine

The only negative comment we can make is that the hot water ran out one morning, so that my husband had to take a cold shower. He didn't enjoy it a great deal. Maybea larger boiler needs to be installed. ... As being very central, uncomplicated and practical. I would certainly stay there again on a future visit to Rome.

Wished there was Internet and networking facilities and room service. ... This is a nicely located hotel due to the amenities around. However, I would not recommend it for business purposes (which was the reason for my stay there) as it is lacking the business facilities. This includes possibility of checking emails and 24hours room service. I would recommend it to friends visiting Rome as tourists and for a romantic weekend.

We were told we would get a fruit basket and a welcome drink on arrival, we arrived at 8.45pm after spening and hour looking for the hotel. On arrival we did not get get anything, teh recponist was in a hurry to finish and we had delayed her. Not very welcoming ... The hotel was very small and the rooms were tiny, this did not appear teh case on the web site. The breakfast started at 7.30, there was no door from teh eating area to teh bedrooms, so we were woken very morning early. Not everybody want to get up at 7.30 on holiday. ... small rooms better directions, a tiny sign on the street, should be bigger.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very clean. The voucher said afternoon tea, this was a glass of wine or sometimes 2 glasses each. We did expect afternoon tea! Even though our party was reduced to 3 instead of 4,and we were paying for two rooms with breakfast, they still charged us for 2 extra coffees I had a breakfast or instead of wine. If we had known this we would have ordered 4 breakfasts instead of 3! ... Yes - afternoon tea is not afternoon tea but a glass or 2 of wine. ... Quiet in good location
