• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 8am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We serve the breakfast without extra charge directly in your room or on request in our saloon.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish and Italian.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel is situated on the second floor of an elegant ancient palace that is equipped also with a lift. All of our rooms are on the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are romantic, private and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, but not all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, but not all rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. We have non-smoking rooms, and we ask our guests to avoid smoking in the common areas as well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  You can find a television in every room with international and local channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have free temperature-controlled air conditioning/heating in each room, for all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can access to Internet from your room using the telephone line and you can use the computer at the reception for extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a safe and private parking at 150 mt.(Vila Borghese) The rate is around 15 Euros per day, depending on the size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices right off the the via Veneto, which is within walking distance from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome - 45 minutes by taxi - 30 minutes by train from Termini main railway station to airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we orginize pick-up service from/and to the airport. The price is not included in our rates.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via del Corso, 20mt away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, three subway stops away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Our hotel in Via Condotti is about 50 mt. from "Spagna" stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. The hotel hasn't got a restaurant but the there many fine resturants nearby that offer typical Italian or international dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. The Internet is available from the rooms.
