  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Breakfast service is free of charge in the room or if you prefer table service is available at the cafè just across the road. We serve an enriched continental breakfast tray and your choice of hot beverage.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You must make an advance deposit of one night and then you can pay the balance either when you arrive or upon your departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Italian, English, French, Spanish, Croatian and Arabic.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    We consider all of our rooms romantic considering the style, the antique palazzo and they are definitely quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    One room has a ground floor courtyard terrace. Other rooms look out on to the typical Roman courtyard, some with a small balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms have a small balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All of the rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a flat screen LCD tv with satellite television in each room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have a direct dial telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have individually controlled heating and air-conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No parking or access to this limited traffic zone.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can assist you with car rentals but all major companies have offices in the vicinity.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Ciampino but most regular scheduled airlines fly in to Leonardo Da Vinci airport at Fiumicino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange a private pick up or transfer service to and from either airport. It is arranged through a company on our behalf for a fee.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is in Via del Corso.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is Spagna, which is the A line, about 100 m. from the Condotti Palace.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
