THE PEOPLE AT THE CONCORDIA WERE ALL VERY OBLIGING AND HELPFUL TO US. THEY ALSO WERE VERY KIND IN THEIR REGARDS TO MY WIFE WHO HAD FALLEN AT HOME AND HAD A DIFFICULT TIME WITH THE STAIRS. THANK GOODNESS FOR THE ELEVATOR. WE COULDN'T HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER HOTEL. WE LOVED IT.

IF WE ARE FORTUNATE TO GO BACK TO ROME, WE WOULDN'T THINK OF STAYING ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THE CONCORDIA. ALL THE STAFF WERE SO EAGER TO PLEASE AND THE ROOM WAS LOVELY. WHOEVER PLANNED THE ROOMS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING WE WOULD NEED OR WANT.

WHEN WE LEFT IT WAS AS IF WE WERE LEAVING OUR FAMILY AGAIN. ROBERTO, STEFANO, ANTONIO AND ALL THE WOMEN WHO TOOK CARE OF THE BREAKFASTS AND THE ROOMS [AND SOMETIMES, MY WIFE BY BRINGING BREAKFAST TO OUR ROOM WHEN SHE WAS TEMPORARILY INCAPACITATED] WERE WONDERFUL.

I WOULD DEFINITELY INCLUDE THAT THE ELEVATOR STARTED ONE FLIGHT UP. NOT A PROBLEM TO MOST PEOPLE BUT COULD BE IF CLIMBING STAIRS IS A PROBLEM.

IT WAS NOT ONLY LOVELY BUT WELL-TAKEN CARE OF, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. SOME MAY THINK THE ROOM IS A LITTLE SMALL BUT IT CONTAINED EVERYTHING INCLUDING A SAFE,A WELL-STOCKED REFRIGERATOR, CLOSETS, AN AIR CONDITIONER THAT WORKED WELL AND IT WAS VERY WELL LIT.

Absolutely lovely little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - the first night we struggled to find a good bar to go to and the manager called his sister and friends to come up with a list of good places to go. Rooms were excellent, brekfast top notch, superb location - great little hotel

The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do. Everyone at the hotel was pleasent and more than helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are a bit tiny but who stays in your room when you are in Rome! The cleanliness was unbelievable. I am missing my time in Italy so much right now. Cant wait to return. Wendy Shoen

My friend, you must stay at the Hotel Concordia for a true feel of Rome. Skip the big Hotel chains and stay with family. You will be surrounded by everything you must see within walking distance.Ask for a great place to dine and they will recommend places they would eat at. I loved it.

Highly recommend the Concordia Hotel. Hotel is very clean. Room small but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good central location. Breakfast is very good and breakfast room very comfortable and inviting.

This has to be one of the best locations in the City, everything was in easy walking distance.

The room was smaller than one might find in other cities, but we expected this from the reviews. What was really impressive was the cleanliness and the attention to our needs, the standard of service was superb.

fantastic location, we didn't need to use public transport to see any of the major sights; satisfying customers' needs without being asked was the first rule of the house; recommendations for eating out were superb; breakfast on the roof terrace was great; the room and facilities were spotless; a hotel we'd go back to.

a car was organised by the hotel and it arrived at the airport for me on time although my flight was late
all went like clockwork

faultless service, staff were helpfull but not in your face, there when you needed them but not hanging around after you

although we had a few items from the mini bar these were not charged for even when i questioned it i was told that it was of small value [circa 10 euros]

excellent clean small but friendly hotel close to main attractions such as Spanish steps and not too far from Pizza Novona
nothing is too much trouble for the staff who can organise what ever you require and ensure you get best value

The Concordia is a lovely place to stay in Rome. Its location is superb, the rooms, while on the smaller side, are perfectly satisfactory and pretty. The most memorable aspect of our stay was the staff. Each of them made every effort to assist us with everything we needed and were gracious and friendly. Their breakfast patio was a delightful retreat every morning.

Very clean, nice bathroom, good service, very good located, nice but not very spacious room - and the bed is a little short for tall people (1.85m). Would like to come back next time.

Question 1 did not apply as we had booked a taxi from the airport and the driver knew the way.

The hotel is very central to all sites and made the stay very convenient. It was a very pleasant, small, friendly hotel with very comfortable beds and sizeable rooms. Lovely hot shower and roomy bathroom too. We recommend it highly and if we come back to Rome in the future will definitely stay there again.

An inviting hotel with a great location, easy to get around from. Very clean with some fantastic staff who are always willing to help. The breakfast was more than adequate and the room, though small, was extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived early and our room was not ready. We were allowed to leave our bags in the lobby while we explored the area. They had been brought to our room while we were out.

The Concordia is a very nice small hotel. Very clean and well cared for. The rooms are small but very nice. The bathroom is good size with nice large towels.The breakfast area on the roof is beautiful and the breakfast selection great. Wonderful cappuciono and coffee (which I miss at home).
The very nice lady who tends to things seemed glad to see us each morning. How nice!

We enjoyed our saty at the Conncordia; the staff were extremely friendly and helpfull, the room albiet small was confortable, the location was excellent; all in all a great place to stay and if ever we stayed in Rome again we would definately stay here

We used the hotel pick-up service and it was extremely good and very useful as we had never visited Rome at all and our flight arrived late evening. But we didn't realise we would have to pay the driver and not the hotel, would be worth mentioning this to make sure you have euros at the ready.
We would highly recommend this service.

Although window were double-glazed there was still traffic noise. I don't know whether there are rooms away from the road, but if we stay there again we would request a quieter room.
I think the hotel would benefit from a small bar area serving drinks, coffee etc. so that you are not confined to your room when in the hotel. Alternatively tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The location was excellent but it would have been useful to have more tourist information displayed in reception. We were given a useful map - we had to ask - but there was no general tourist information/leaflets etc. available to just pick up and browse, only information on the opera and ballet, not top of the tourist trail priorities in our opinion.

The hotel, very helpfully, arranged a taxi for us and this was excellent, as was the very patient taxi driver who had to suffer a horrendous traffic jam getting us to the airport. A half hour journey took over one and a half hours!
Checkout was the only time we met the owner Roberto and he was charming, warmer than the main reception staff, who, although very efficient and polite, were rather 'professional', however Roberto was a real character and we wish we had met him before.

We didn't realise there were rooms with balconies and don't know in what way the superior double rooms are 'superior'. Maybe the rooms with balconies are the superior rooms?

Very central location, not cheap, but clean, comfortable and welcoming. Would certainly consider staying there again.
