• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can, but we prefer on departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all our rooms are quiet and very romantically decorated with pastel colors.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, on the 4th floor we have three rooms with a little balcony with flowers.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/tv in each room with CNN-BBC-SAT1-EUROSPORT.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is always available at no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not. Near the Hotel there is ROMAN SPORT CENTER a very well equipped fitness centre, with a beauty centre, too.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a public garage nearby, walking distance from the hotel. The daily rate depends on the size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At both airports and near the hotel you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport 35 Km and Ciampino Airport 15 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a limousine service upon request and extra fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via del Tritone 100 mt from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Spagna and Barberini subway stops 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, near the Hotel there is ROMAN SPORT CENTER a very well equipped fitness centre, with a beauty centre, too.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. We can recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with your own laptop.
