• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, American Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors and there is elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  At the 5th floor all the single rooms are with balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only some single rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are with air conditioning.

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we have an agreement with a private parking. The cost
  per day it's € 30,00.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception; we have some agreements with the most important Rent-a-Car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport- and it's 30 km
  far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. There is a train service directly to/from the central
  railway Termini station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's just 50mt from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We have two subway lines and both of them from Termini
  station, 300 mt far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
