  The price is per room per night.

  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, spanish, german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have six floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms have a direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, 50 metres from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.

  Fiumicino 12km, 40/50 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  3 minutes walking.On the square of the S.Maria Maggiore Church.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 minutes walking Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  3 minutes walking. The name of the metro stop is "Cavour".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets, on request.
