• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 11.30 am. to 08.00 pm.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there is a small elevator for two people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is out a terrace of the front door that leans out on the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, no-smoking room available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioned is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, sorry.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, with e-mail facilities.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, swimming pool not available.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby garage (on payment).
• Where can we rent a car?
  100 mt away from the B&B it is possible to rent cars.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (20 Km) and Fiumicino (33 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus 64 from the Termini Station, stops 80m away from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of San Pietro (250 meters away from the B&B).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The station of the subway is distant 500 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
