We stayed at Little St Peter and it was lovely. Only thing that was missing was an iron, but we contacted Emanuella and she kindly brought one over for us. She was great.

Just a little confusing - the address was of the keyholder's private property which was a few minutes walk from the one we were due to be renting.

We were very happy with the property. It was clean and had the facilities we required. We also appreciated the welcome basket.

Clean, quite spacious and conveniently situated near to the Vatican. The TV worked (which was rare on our travels through Italy), and the facilities were sufficient to make life comfortable.

the apartment and street are very quiet. We had coffee on the balcony and it was great.
very close to main street with lot of buse lines.
the owner lives by and is very friendly.
there are 2 apartments. ask for the one which is somewhat better equipped.

it is good place to stay for up to 4 persons. I will recommend it to my friends

There are no clear signs at the address so we had to ring a few wrong bells in the middle of the night when we arrived.

The shower curtain was that old that we didn't want to touch it. The bed in the living room sould be replaced! Not enough culery (e.g. only 2 knives for up to 4 people). Mouldy windows. I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

The additional small bed was not adequate. The mattress was very thin and it was more like a cot than a bed. Overall, it was fairly clean, however, the pink rug in the bathroom was dirty. The handle on the front door did not work properly so we exited with the key in the keyhole and were able to get out that way. This was inaccusable and dangerous in case of a fire.

There really wasn't a check out procedure. She asked, upon arrival, what time we would be departing and she said to just leave the key on the kitchen table. The door locked automatically upon our departure.

Overall, for us, this was not a good place to be because it was not close to the metro. It was close to the Vatican and we were able to walk over there, but we did not want to take taxis all over Rome and would have preferred the metro. The bus service probably would have worked. All in all, we should have stayed at another place close to a metro station.

I would say it was a basic apartment, nothing special, with the exception of the great bakery right on the street when you went out of the gate. Fantastic! There was a good family type restaurant past the bakery that was really good. Other than that, the apartment wasn't really that special.
