 APARTMENTS COCCINELLA
Coccinella House consists of 2 apartments set on the first floor of a residence with private entrance through a spacious terrace. The apartments consists of a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, utensils, gas stove, fridge, microwave oven), lounge with sofa bed for 2 people and spacious master bedroom with a double bed. We can add a single bed in the largest apartment. |
 The bathrooms are quite spacious and fitted with Italian tiles and shower. The strong feature of our apartments is the terrace: they share a large panoramic terrace provided with garden furniture where guests can sit and admire the surroundings. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and provided with all details including air conditioning, satellite TV and free Internet access. Private laundry. |
 APARTMENT FARFALLA
This is located on the 4th floor of a building (with lift) behind St.Peter's Basilica. The windows look out onto a secondary street, therefore the apartment is very quiet. At the bus stop in front of the apartment there are many buses that connect you in a few minutes to the historical centre and the places of tourist interest. The apartment, which has been completely remodeled, consist of a kitchen with balcony, a bathroom and a bedroom that can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Ideal for families and groups of friends. |
 The kitchen, fully equipped, is provided with oven, toaster, citrus-fruit squeezer and American coffee machine. The bathroom is provided with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedroom can be arranged with either 3 single beds or with a double bed and a single bed, and is provided with two spacious wardrobes and TV. The apartment is new and furnished with taste in order to help you enjoy your stay in the Eternal City. At the entrance of the building court there's a bar, where you can relax after a tiring day, and a supermarket. Just 20 meters away you can find a sales point where you can buy subway train, bus and tram tickets. |

Composed of double bedroom, livingroom, small kitchen and bathroom with shower. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
We don't serve breakfast but we offer a complimentary pack of Italian food. You can prepare your breakfast and learn the Italian cuisine (Italian food recipe books in English will be available soon). Bed linen and towels are provided and heating is included in the price. |
