• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a buffet breakfast including tasty home-made cakes is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can speak English, German, French and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors and it is provided with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are all nicely decorated to offer a romantic atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Junior Suite, and a large terrace is provided for common use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with Sat/Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and this service is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but ask the reception for this service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private car park which costs 15,50 Euro per night.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the personnel to book a car for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino and Fiumicino are both at about 32 kms far away the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Piazzale Clodio.

  The nearest railway station is Termini.

  Yes, but this service is available only on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet with your own laptop directly from your room.
