  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A continental breakfast is included and we offer hot drinks (coffe-chocolate-tea-cappuccino-etc.), fresh bread rolls, croissant, jam, butter, fruit juice.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There is just one floor and we do not have the lift, but there are 20 stairs to climb.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are quiet and elegant furnished rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, because all rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is, but there is not the Satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not, but you can use the telephone at the reception.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is at no extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do have an Internet point at the City's House and guests are free to use it.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A garage is available at about 200 meters at an extra charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We do have all of the main contact for the most important hire-car companies.
    At the main station Termini there are all of the companies (Hertz-Dollar-Avis-Alamo-Budget).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Main airport Fiumicino "L.Da Vinci" at about 35 km from the City's House - 40 minutes ride; Ciampino airport at about 30 km from the City's House - 30 minutes ride.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange, on request, pick up from and to the airports.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus line n° 64 - this bus leaves from the main station "Roma-Termini" and it goes all the way down the Vatican (piazza del Risorgimento). Getting off at Largo di Torre Argentina, you can reach the City's House in about 5 minutes walking.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Main station "Roma-Termini" at about 20 minutes ride with a bus or 10 with a taxi.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Linea metro "A" Spagna - Spanish steps.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
