• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A light self-service breakfast from a vending machine is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels free of charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but with an internation card, it's possible to use the phone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is seasonal and available free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point at the reception and it is free of charge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but it's easy to find parking space outside the hotel. Alternatevly, there are private private car parkings nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we have a private car service from the airport to the property at a reasonable price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Tuscolana/Opimiani.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tuscolana railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The underground stop Numidio Quadrato is 3 minutes walk from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
