| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Garage is not included in the price. Price upon request. In-room air conditioning is not included in the price and costs EUR 5,00 per night. Taxi service to or from the airport costs EUR 42,00 per car for up to 3 persons.
Breakfast is included in the price. From 11 December 2007 to 29 February 2008 breakfast is not included and costs daily EUR 5,00 per person. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
