• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for accommodation for up to 2 guests then there is an extra cost per bed per person if added.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is the self-service of coffee, milk, tea and croissants.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Languages spoken are Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is located on fifth floor, reachable with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quite and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide both linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, our rooms have not terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, our rooms have not balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have not non smoking rooms but is prefer no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is seasonal air conditioning included on price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, the only common area is the breakfast self service corner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A few step from the property there is a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A few step from the property, via lungotevere mellini there is a car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino are around 30 kms far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No,we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is downstairs on the street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  we are 5 minute to LEPANTO stop undergraund with letter A
  direction BATTISTINI.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have our restaurant near B&B,called VITO'S via MUZIO CLEMENTI n.12.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we can not offer this service.
