• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, only on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are eight floors and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, many of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the hotel is private, intimate and with a great view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are many payment parking near the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many agency near the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a payment shuttle, at the "Hotel Reservation" corner, from Fiumicino airport to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Via Gioberti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stops are Termini or Vittorio Emanuele.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but on the top of the building there is a panoramic breakfast room where we serve a buffet breakfast daily.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
